Please note: we anticipate stores being busy, and ask you to review the instructions below to help facilitate a smooth transaction, and improve the process for everyone. Remember to wear a mask or face covering, and please consider using cashless transactions like CanPay. We may not be able to fulfill all orders, as curbside pick up limits the number of guests we can serve at a time. How to order recreational cannabis products from Temescal Wellness Pittsfield

FOR CURBSIDE PICKUP ONLY:

  1. Place your Recreational Cannabis order online for our Pittsfield Location via our website here: Pittsfield.  Online Ordering is open every morning at 8:00 am for pick up that day, if the shopping cart is not available on our menu, that means we’ve reached our daily capacity for recreational orders and cannot accept your order – please check back for availability.  Confirmed orders must be picked up the same day. Orders that are not picked up the same day will be canceled and you must re-order.
  2. Once submitted, you will receive a text message confirming your order is being processed.
  3. You will receive an additional text message notifying your order is ready to pick up. (A link will be included to schedule an appointment for the same-day pickup of your order)
  4. You will receive a confirmation number with a link to check-in once you arrive at the location.
  5. Every customer and transaction must have a separate appointment. (Only one transaction per vehicle per appointment permitted.)
  6. Upon arrival at your scheduled appointment time, you will be directed where to park and check-in. If the parking lot is full, please park along Callahan Drive on our side of the street only to await your turn.  Please respect our neighboring businesses and do not park in Fontaine’s Auction House or Dollar General lots while waiting.
  7. When it’s your turn, pull forward into one of the designated CURBSIDE PICKUP parking spaces. A member of our staff will be with you promptly.
  8. Have your identification ready for inspection by our staff. Please Note: All members of the vehicle must have identification and be 21 or older for us to serve you. If anyone in the vehicle is under 21, the transaction will be canceled and you will be instructed to leave and if desired, place another order and come back with no one under 21 in the vehicle. No discharging of occupants will be permitted in our parking lot.)
  9. Payment can be made via debit or CanPay as cashless options. WE STRONGLY ENCOURAGE cashless payment to expedite the process and reduce contact as you check out.
  10. If you must pay in cash, please use the exact change and the transaction must be done inside our building per CCC regulations. You will be required to leave your vehicle and enter our facility to finalize the transaction and receive your order.
  11. Once payment is made electronically, your order will be delivered to you curbside.
  12. Please depart to allow the next guest to make their purchase
