Please note: we anticipate stores being busy, and ask you to review the instructions below to help facilitate a smooth transaction, and improve the process for everyone. Remember to wear a mask or face covering, and please consider using cashless transactions like CanPay or debit if possible. We may not be able to fulfill all orders, as new social distancing guidelines limit the number of guests we can serve at a time. Pittsfield Ordering Instructions

How to pre-order online for instore pickup:

  • Recreational Online Ordering opens every morning at 8:00 am:
  • Place your order online here: https://ma.temescalwellness.com/shop/ Please pick up the same day, we can not hold orders overnight.
  • Recreational guests will receive a text message indicating ‘your order is ready’, with a link to schedule an appointment for pickup.  Please arrive on time for your appointment, we have limited parking available on site.
  • If the shopping cart is not available on the menu, it means we’ve reached our daily capacity and you will need to check back the following day to place an order.
  • Please make sure you are ordering from the correct location and only order from the medical menu if you have a Valid MA Medical Use of Marijuana Program ID
  • Medical patients will not be required to schedule appointments and can arrive once you receive confirmation that your order is ready for pickup.
  • We encourage electronic payments via debit cards or CanPay.  If paying cash, please use the exact change.

To keep our guests and staff safe we have implemented the following guidelines:

  • All employees and guests (customers and patients) are required to wear masks
  • In addition to masks, we are practicing 6 feet of social distancing both inside and outside 
  • We have limited the number of guests that can be in the building at any one time
  • We have installed plexiglass shields to protect our team and our guests.
  • We continue our enhanced cleaning and sanitation practices
  • If any employee exhibits COVID-19 symptoms we require they do not come to work. We ask guests to stay home as well if they have any symptoms
