We wanted to share with you our response to concerns regarding COVID-19 and the actions we are taking to limit exposure in our locations.

Dear Guests,

Your safety and the safety of our employees is our top priority. We wanted to share with you our response to concerns regarding COVID-19 and the actions we are taking to limit exposure in our locations.

We are washing hands and cleaning surfaces. Over and above our standard cleaning and sanitation practices, we have increased the frequency of sanitizing touched surfaces. You may see staff wearing gloves and/or masks - please know that they are taking this action as a precaution. Our teams are washing their hands regularly throughout the day and wearing gloves when appropriate. We ask that customers also wash hands for 20 seconds, as recommended by the CDC.

Illness Policy. We’re all in this together. If you are feeling sick with any type of symptoms, please stay home. We have asked our employees to stay home if they are feeling sick and we would like to ask our customers to also stay at home if they are feeling ill or have symptoms or if they have traveled to China, Hong Kong, Iran, Italy, Japan, South Korea or Washington State in the past 3 weeks during their quarantine period.

Our hours of operation remain the same. We are here for you. There is currently no change to our operating hours, which can be found on our website or on our Google business listings.

Caregiver recommendation. Medical Patients may want to consider using a caregiver to help facilitate purchasing medicine if they are concerned. More information on applying for a caregiver’s card is available here: Massachusetts info here.

No changes to our limits or the state limits. We will continue to monitor the state’s position on making sure patients get their medicine in a timely manner, and have access to adequate supply. If there are any changes, we will update our customers immediately.

We have designated Cleaning Stewards each day, whose job will be to sanitize all frequently touched surfaces and to encourage our guests to use sanitizer before entering our facility.

Lastly, we are practicing “social distancing”, so while we may refrain from greeting you with a handshake, we still want to share a smile, a “hello” and a “thank you”.

Yours in Wellness,

Ted Rebholz
CEO Temescal Wellness
